Are you an experienced finance sector Executive Assistant looking for a fresh new role? Duties: 
- You will plan and coordinate the logistics behind every global meeting and IR roadshow
- Heavy diary management - being prepared for constant changes at any time
- Preparing PowerPoints and briefing materials in advance of meetings
- Arranging client meetings by liaising with EAs all over the globe
- Maintaining the CRM database and keeping a log of all investor activity
- Managing all events such as coordinating the AGM every year

Your growth is a top priority for this firm as they want you to build a rapport with their clients, therefore a warm and natural customer service ethic is vital. You will be in the middle of all funds and client relations, meaning you're the go coordinator for any new ventures or investor meetings with the potential for this to grow into a Coordinator role.
