Are you an immediately available graduate, keen to join a firm with a purpose and mission to make lives better? We're looking for a graduate PA / Office Manager with a minimum of 1 year of office experience to join this fast-growing medical technology firm to support the friendly, inspirational team between their Central London and high tech Oxford offices. This is a temp to perm opportunity.

With the leadership team made up of visionary venture capitalists and the backing of one of the world's most successful biotech investors, this firm are changing lives through their revolutionary discovery. You will be surrounded by intelligent, dynamic people who represent the very top of their field but work together in a close knit, collaborative unit.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the tasks in your day will be varied and come from a variety of directions: coordinating the office and its suppliers, booking travel, managing meetings, tackling facilities and IT issues and other operational duties. You will need to be proactive, confident working autonomously and happy to act as the "go-to" person within the office, ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle anything.

To fit into this high-achieving, fun, and supportive firm you will have to be positive, ambitious, and driven, with a ‘nothing's too much trouble' approach. The structure at this firm is very flat and you will be spending two days in the Oxford office each week, so flexibility is essential.
