A world leading private equity firm are looking for a polished and professional candidate to work in a dual reception/team assistant role working in their stunning Mayfair office.

To fit into this role well, you will have a professional and focused approach, enjoy meeting and greeting clients and visitors and providing a first class service, reflecting the professional approach of the firm and meeting the expectations visitors to the building will have.
A can-do attitude is essential, with a proactive and problem solving mindset. Interpersonal and excellent communication skills are a must for this position as well as being adaptable, reliable and uphold the high standards of the firm.

Core duties in the role include:
Meeting and greeting clients, guests and visitors to the offices, ensuring a first class service is always given.
Arranging and coordinating meeting rooms, managing the meeting room diary, arranging refreshments and AV equipment
Assisting with office administration; stationery orders, post and supplier calls
You will also take on Assistant duties for a team; arranging meetings over time zones, arranging conference calls, international travel arrangement and associated itineraries, as well as processing their expenses.

The client are looking for previous reception experience ideally, and a desire to take on assistant duties. You will be someone who enjoys working in a corporate setting and supporting in an international environment.
