The firm has a flat, more nimble structure than some of the industries older businesses, as well as a different more creative approach to the corporate communications challenges that have arisen in the past decade. This has set them apart and earned them a formidable reputation across all industry sectors.

The London office has gone from strength to strength in terms of client portfolio and revenue generation and in addition providing ongoing reputation management support to clients, they have advised on a range of high profile transactions.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Day to day responsibility and accountability of client relationships

• Prepare proposals, evaluation reports and PR plans with minimal input from senior colleagues

• Contribute meaningfully to the team's new business process from identifying new opportunities to taking a leading role in pitches

• Play a key role in managing client profitability

• Expand existing accounts and maintain a network of relationships within the marketplace

• Cross sell company-wide expertise to existing and new clients

• Contribute to training, mentoring and development of junior colleagues

Essential skills and experience:

• Significant Financial PR experience advising mid and large cap listed companies IPO and M&A experience

• Experience of working with clients/within a business in the financial services sector

• Demonstrable interest the broader business, economic and political environment

• Creative, ambitious and confident enough to deal with client matters independently

• A team player with a collaborative approach to working

• Highly engaged, with a demonstrable track record of delivering leads and winning business

• Credible networker with good contacts at investment banks and advisory firms
