An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Recruitment team of a leading innovative future centred firm!

As a Recruiter, you will be passionate, managing  the recruiting process end-to-end, sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring top calibre candidates. Roles will be varied across the business and both EMEA and APAC regions. You will be able to understand the changing market and stay ahead of hiring trends and think of diverse way to access candidate pools and attract top talent into the organisation.

·        Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit;
·        Implement different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns;
·        Find, engage and activate passive candidates;
·        Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with technical interviewers and hiring managers;
·        Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders;
·        Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
·        Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates and generating offer letters Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas
·        Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires
·        Operate across APAC and EMEA regions
