ISE are excited to be working with a top PE firm who are looking for an experienced and  professional Assistant to join their Legal department. This role is perfect for someone who is pro-active, highly capable and loves being an Executive Assistant.

Duties will follow a classic Senior Assistant profile, proving full secretarial duties to a team of 6 busy and demanding lawyers, including: diary management, scheduling internal and external meetings, being the first point of contact for stakeholders, and putting together travel itineraries. You will also be the 'go-to' person for all administration procedures such as document production, processing expenses and running reports. 

Due to the team needing someone to hit the ground running - preference will be shown to those with legal experience gained either with a law firm or within alternative investment, supporting a team of professionals in an Administrative / Secretarial nature.
