A world leading venture capital firm are looking for a polished and professional candidate to work in an exciting Reception leadership and facilities role working in their new West End offices. 

To fit into this Receptionist role well, you will have a professional and focused approach, enjoy meeting and greeting clients and visitors and providing a first class service, reflecting the professional approach of the firm and meeting the expectations visitors to the building will have.

A can-do attitude is essential, with a proactive and problem solving mindset. Interpersonal and excellent communication skills are a must for this position as well as being adaptable, reliable and uphold the high standards of the firm.

Core duties as Receptionist Coordinator will include:

- Meeting and greeting clients, guests and visitors to the offices, ensuring a first class service is always given.
- Arranging and coordinating meeting rooms, managing the meeting room diary, arranging refreshments and AV equipment.
- Assisting with office administration; stationery orders, post and supplier calls.
- You will also assist with overflow Assistant duties for a team; arranging meetings over time zones, arranging conference calls, international travel arrangement and associated itineraries, as well as processing their expenses.

The client are looking for previous reception experience ideally, and a desire to take on coordination duties. You will be someone who enjoys working in a corporate setting, on Reception and supporting in an international environment.
