An exciting opportunity for a junior level Team Assistant, looking for that exposure within a large, globally renowned investment bank to further their career.
 
Our client – located near Chancery Lane – are seeking a bright, professional Junior Assistant to support a team of investment professionals. Please note – you must have at least 6 months experience supporting a team of professionals to be considered for this role.
 
Working alongside experienced EAs you will be joining a fantastic network of professionals who will support you in refining your administrative skills. Your daily duties will see you being responsible for all secretarial duties – including booking and organising international travel, scheduling internal and external meetings and diary management – as well as supporting the bankers with all administration – from expenses to filing, printing to binding – you will be the go-to person!
 
This role suits someone looking to progress, with it being likely that you are supporting senior professionals in a matter of months.
 
Due to the demands of the team, ideally you will have 1-2 years’ experience supporting a fast-paced team of professionals, with experience of duties such as diary management, international travel arrangements and processing expenses.
 
Please note this is a contract position, but there are permanent opportunities from within the role. They are willing to wait for the right candidate on notice.
