Board level EA

Central London

£70000 - £85000 per annum
Ref: 084106118  Date Posted:  27/05/2021
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced CEO/Chairman level EA with financial services/banking experience to support in a collegiate, investment sector environment.  Supporting two Board Directors, your role will encompass classic elements of business diary and international travel management with a heavy involvement in the preparation and coordination of multiple boards both in the UK and internationally.
You will enjoy playing your part in a  team environment - this is not an ivory tower role and there is lots of rolling up the sleeves to get things done in support of the wider executive group. You could be involved in decisions about office processes and procedures and the return of internal and client events as restrictions allow.

We will need to see:
At least 7 years of exposure gained within a financial services/investment sector environment
Several years of support experience at Board/Chairman level
Exposure to dealing with multiple, complex Boards
Russian language skills would be a bonus
Knowledge of the oil & gas sector also a plus
Degree education preferred
