This involved, varied and highly autonomous Assistant / Marketing Coordinator role can offer you all of this, and more. Rarely can a maternity contract (12 months) propose such breadth and range - this is an outstanding next step for any ambitious support professional.

This firm is a top player on the international investment stage, and hires Assistants who can execute their core duties at pace, with a clear love for what they do: complex schedule management and prioritising, organising roadshows, lunches, events, VCs, calls, etc., processing and reconciling expenses. All across different time-zones, keeping up with busy professionals.

You will be based in the research division, and invited to work alongside eight professionals - as welcoming as they are focused and successful. This role will require daily support both of analyst roadshows and related sales activities: previous experience in coordinating analyst marketing will be hugely advantageous to your application, but is not essential.

What is essential is the most meticulous organisational skill set (logistics, CRM work and spreadsheets a-plenty), and an articulate, polite and persuasive communication style - it will be necessary to liaise with senior internal stakeholders and company execs of all levels alike, smoothly finding a way to put together schedules that everyone is happy with.
