As a proactive and process-driven Customer Service Representative, you will not only be the voice of the company maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a broad variety of healthcare clients over the phone and e-mail, you will also support a busy Sales team and Channel Partners with reporting, managing CRM systems and completing the purchase orders processes from receipt to dispatch and invoice. Dealing with extremely short shelf-life components, speed and efficiency is of the essence so you will love handling high volume queries and process
