You will have gained a least one year of experience serving a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment function for an international company (ideally within the professional or financial services sectors) or supported another area of HR/Human Capital with a process driven, heavy scheduling function (e.g. performance reviews, on-boarding or corporate re-locations).

Regular tasks will include:

- Identifying and selecting suitable candidates from the application pool and a variety of sources
- Coordinating phone, on site and video interviews for existing applicants, gathering feedback and scheduling decision meetings
- Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with  candidates.
- Support European recruiting efforts, focusing on the execution of recruiting processes for assigned campaigns
- Update candidate pipeline and data, keeping key stakeholders informed of progress
- Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring each interviewed candidate is looked after for the life cycle of their recruitment journey
- Collaborating with other recruiting team members, offering additional support and problem solving capabilities wherever appropriate

Essential qualifications:

- Strong academics (preferably degree qualification)
- Excellent systems skills (MS Office, Slack, Zoom, CRM and LinkedIn)
- At least 1 year of experience supporting a busy Talent/Recruitment team or international HR function
