Are you the type of Executive Assistant who thrives in an innovative, collegiate environment with a frenetic pace? We have a sought-after opportunity to support a busy team at one of Europe's most exciting VC firms.
This is a challenging role for an experienced diary manager with exceptional communication and collaboration skills. For your Executives (2-3 up to Partner level) you will ensure their whole business 'ecosystem' is working perfectly and every relationship they build is backed up by your superb logistics and caring approach.
Responsibilities
- High volume and intricate calendar management for executives
- Supporting the Partner, Principal and Associate in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Creation of PowerPoint slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Complex travel and logistics planning
- Project support and research
With an instinctive drive for delivering exceptional service and a humble approach you will work closely with your peers across other departments and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, key documents and messages - aiming to delight with every interaction! An interest in the subject matter would be desirable (consumer tech, environment, sustainability)

You will need:
- Strong academics, ideally a degree qualification
- 5+ years of EA experienced gained in a fast-growing, international environment (ideally investment, consultancy or tech start-up experience)
- Impeccable IT/Software skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Google for Business, Slack and other remote working tools)
- A genuinely caring, super-friendly and service driven approach
