An exciting opportunity for an experienced PA / Project Manager to work with an inspirational COO in a rapidly expanding health and wellbeing concierge business.
We are looking for a passionate and focused person with drive and ambition to help get various strategic programmes over the line for this hugely successful new operation with operations in UK, US and Singapore. You will be responsible for detecting gaps in service delivery that can be closed by projects, collaborating with colleagues to propose solutions and helping with the allocation of financial resources and people to keep the business plan on track
You will ideally have gained exposure in a start-up environment and worked with very dynamic people on fast-paced projects.  There is huge development potential for the right person into a full blown project management or operations role as the business grows. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the COO in all aspects of Business strategy, planning and follow-ups
- Schedule key meetings and calls both in person and via zoom/Teams/webex
- Working with members of the sales, client service and finance team to collate various reports and data for the COO
- Proactively monitoring certain data to help guide project decision making
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Prepare and report on budgets and tracking
- Using various tools to look at KPIs within the client service team
- Assistance with legal paperwork, contracts and terms of business with suppliers/vendors
- Prepare materials for team workshops and meetings of the senior leadership team
- Assistance with international travel planning where required
- Actively contribute to office management decisions, socials and office culture/values

You will need:

- Proven work experience as business Executive Assistant, Project Administrator or Project Coordinator in a fast-growth environment
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
- Knowledge of healthcare, well-being or luxury goods/services advantageous
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Generally and ideally MS Project and/or MS Planner.
- Strong work ethic and can-do attitude with inquisitive nature
