Fantastic opportunity to join an impressive team as an Executive Assistant at a boutique Private Equity firm, located in central London. You will be a highly-organised multi-tasker who enjoys being pro-active, thinking ahead and being the ultimate 'go-to' person.

This is a temp to perm opportunity, candidates must be immediately available to start a role and have experience using Salesforce.

Due to the need to ‘hit the ground running’, the client will be giving preference to applicants with at least 3+ years' experience supporting demanding and senior professionals within Private Equity or alternative investment. 
As Executive Assistant, duties will be classic in principal, but excellent EAs at this firm can build more:

- Diary coordination and management
- Meeting logistics and full preparation
- International travel management
- Internal and client liaison
- Administration 

The ideal EA candidate will have:

- A pro-active approach in their work style, always willing to go above and beyond
- A confident phone manner and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with an open, non-confrontational style
- Excellent prioritisation skills – able to juggle busy diaries, with conflicting priorities and frequent changes
- The ability to cope under pressure and work in a team
- A transparent work style
- Flexibility, be detail orientated and confident, with an open/can-do attitude
- Intermediate or advanced in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook skills
