A fantastic opportunity for an outgoing and impeccably presented front-of-house assistant with a passion to serve!  Joining a 100 person investment office in the heart of London's West End, you will be "the face" of the business in London, providing a memorable meet-and-greet service, supporting the EA group with room bookings and guest management and providing back-up to the inspirational London Office Manager, who will be your direct line manager and mentor.
You will come from a similar sized environment where you have been comfortable to take care of the front-of-house function independently. An interest in assisting with basic facilities issues will be essential as you will step-up when the Office Manager is unavailable or busy. This could mean liaising with regular suppliers, the building management team or giving contractors access to the premises for repairs and office maintenance.
