A unique opportunity has arisen to join an established Global Pharmaceutical company as an PA with Administration responsibilities.

This company is looking for a proactive, savvy candidate, who can ensure the smooth running of the office. As an PA, you would be able to take on a varied role that would include ad-hoc duties, facilities management, general administration tasks, liaising with new starters, building managers, being their first point of contact for any issues, new starters, induction organisations, communicating with IT support, the ordering of new equipment, client liaison, involvement with some projects, diary management as well as assisting at all times.

You’d be reporting to the Manager on the HR side, as well as supporting the Executive Assistant.

The company is looking for a candidate with initiative, a ‘can-do attitude’, excellent communication, and an individual who is digital savvy.

You’d have an opportunity to take on more responsibilities as an PA.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a PA.

Initially, this is a 4 month temporary assignment, with the potential of extending.
