Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a role which will offer autonomy, a high expectation environment while working with a collaborative operations team? Are you a positive, enthusiastic office manager with high personal expectations, always ensuring you do the best job you can?
This Global Private Equity firm based in Mayfair is looking for an experienced office manager who has an exceptional eye for detail and strong build management experience.
As well as managing the 150 person Mayfair based London office, you will take responsibility for some finance tasks (invoicing, expenses, payroll), supplier management and office moves/expansions.
Duties include:
Proactive management of the office and related business tasks
Finance: Bookkeeping, managing expenses, processing payroll and paying invoices
Proactively maintaining the office and ensuring any repairs/changes are arranged and carried out
Managing H&S policies and ensuring the office is compliant
Assisting with any ad-hoc company projects such as expansions and office moves
Managing relationships with external stakeholders and negotiations with suppliers

Strong Office Management experience managing 100+ person offices
Degree educated or equivalent
Polished presentation and communication style
Sociable and enjoys building relationships with colleagues
