Global Private Equity firm are looking for an immediate Office Assistant who wants to support the office in this dynamic role.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, proactive, and driven Office Assistant or Receptionist to be involved within this Private Equity firm. You'll play an integral part of the Office management team to ensure the smooth running.

This role would be perfect for someone who wants to further their experience as a Office Assistant in a private equity firm. 

If you are a 'go-getter’, an individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude and can ensure the smooth running of the office, then this role is for you!

As Office Assistant, you would be the first point of contact in this diverse and fast paced role.

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Admin duties: expenses, filing, photocopying, proofreading
- Answering calls and acting as gatekeeper
- Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring reception is always presentable
- Managing the office diary and scheduling meetings
- Making sure inventory and refreshments are always stocked 

The ideal candidate will have 1 - 3 years of experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist within Private Equity, Investment or Professional Services.

Initially, this is a short temporary assignment.

5 days a week in office.
