Global Private Equity firm are looking for an immediate Office Assistant who wants to support the office in this exceptionally varied, fast paced and dynamic role.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, proactive, and driven Office Assistant or Receptionist who wants to step up, gain more responsibility and be involved in this Private Equity firm. You'll play an integral part of the Office management team to ensure the smooth running.

This role would be perfect for someone who wants to further their experience as a Receptionist and progress in an Office Assistant role within a private equity firm. 

If you are a 'go-getter’, an individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude and can ensure the smooth running of the office, then this role is for you!

You will work closely with the COO and the Office Manager. 

This Office Assistant role requires someone who's eager to get stuck in and unafraid to help with anything, where no task is too small of a task. 

As Office Assistant, you would be the first point of contact in this effervescent atmosphere and diverse role.

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Supporting the COO and Office Assistant 
- Relocation tasks for the office 
- Admin duties: expenses, filing, photocopying, proofreading
- Answering calls and acting as gatekeeper
- Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring reception is always presentable
- Managing the office diary and scheduling meetings
- Making sure inventory and refreshments are always stocked 

The ideal candidate will have 1 - 3 years of experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist within Private Equity, Investment or Professional Services.

Initially, this is a 7 week assignment, with the potential of being extended.

5 days a week in office.
