A Global Investment Management firm has a fantastic opportunity for a bright, focused and ambitious Assistant keen to work in a fast paced, highly successful investment group as a true right hand, to support an MD and wider team. With 200 employees in the London office and other offices spanning the globe you will be joining a collaborative, driven and growing business.
If you are an Assistant with experience ideally within Investment Banking, Investment Management or similar, and are looking for a move into a challenging and interesting role, where you will be an integral part of the team, please do read on.
Supporting this MD and team, you will use your exceptional organisational skills to manage a demanding schedule; arrange meetings over time zones, plan complex international travel, write detailed itineraries, and take a wholly proactive approach to everything you do.
You will also liaise with senior internal and external executives both on the phone and in person, and should enjoy the responsibility of building these relationships.
To be considered for this role you should have experience of working as a Team Assistant within the Investment Sector – in a trading or hedge fund environment, investment banking, private equity or similar.
You should thrive in a fast moving, high expectations, international environment, take absolute pride in being the best at what you do, have a desire to be successful and relied upon to deliver exceptional organisational support.
