As Team Assistant you would have demonstrable experience of being hardworking and flexible. Managing several diaries at once and co-ordinating European and UK travel which often has last minute changes.

You will have 2-3 years Fund or Investment Banking experience of supporting a team of 6-10 and be looking for your next challenge of supporting at Partner level.

You will be in a Support Services team of an Office Manager, Receptionist and one other TA. At this PE Firm all the team work together and will cover each other during holidays and breaks. A good unit to belong too.

As the successful Team Assistant, you will be driven, flexible, adept at multi-tasking, enjoy large personalities and want to provide a caring 5 Star TA service.

Excellent hours 8.30am – 6.00pm.

Salary from £45,000 plus Pension, Medical, Dental, Visual, Life, and Travel Insurance. Life Assurance, Income Protection and Critical Illness Cover.
