A boutique search and recruitment firm based in the heart of London's West End, has an involving opportunity for a naturally engaging, degree educated candidate to support Senior Consultants and Directors, in a client-facing, recruitment co-ordination role.
 
We are ideally looking for a candidate who has worked in a high expectation, client facing role with some administrative experience, someone who thrives on liaising with others, enjoys engaging with high profile clients and has the energy and enthusiasm to proactively support the team's demanding workload.
 
You will be responsible for providing organisational support to the Directors and Senior Consultants; assisting with the entire recruitment cycle from carrying out research, to writing client notes, arranging and attending client meetings, co-ordinating and arranging interviews, liaising with candidates and clients, taking feedback and operating as a well-informed and professional first point of contact.
 
You will also provide general administrative support including:
Compliance management
Managing and updating CRM
Compiling reports and market data
Preparing client presentations
Assisting with projects on an ad-hoc basis
 
To be successful in this role, you must be degree educated, have a polished and client facing approach and have an interest in working in a high expectation, but fun and sociable environment.
You will take pride in your proactive approach, constantly prioritising and multi-tasking to ensure dedicated support.
You will have excellent communication skills, be articulate and professional and have the ability to work well under pressure, as a very strong organiser.
Work experience may not be essential, but you must have proven interest in current affairs, extra-curricular activities and demonstrable involvement beyond university studies.
