A unique opportunity for a graduate or college leaver to start their London administrative career path with a top name in the world of private wealth management, with strong opportunities for development.
You will have strong MS Office skills, be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills from holiday or term-time work experience and ideally have some exposure to working in a busy office setting. This is a dynamic office based in Central London, serving a mixture of UK and international clients. The environment is friendly, down-to-earth and colleagues rely on positive collaboration and teamwork so you will be of the same mindset
Your day-to-day duties will include (but won’t be limited to):
- Diary management for various members of the Portfolio Management or Marketing team, including coordinating room bookings, travel and catering
- Handling a variety of client enquiries by phone and email, learning which situations can be dealt with and which need to be delegated
- Putting together meeting notes and reports using a variety of tools and systems
- Assisting in the coordination of various events and roundtable discussions
- Updating the client database with latest discussions and requirements
- Assisting with client compliance paperwork, including KYC checks
