This firm is perfect for someone who wants to ensure the smooth running of this office. As a receptionist, you will be the go-to person for any issues that arrive in this united team.

This firm is looking for a receptionist who is engaging, driven and has strong communication skills.

As a receptionist you would be the first point of contact, duties include, but not limited to:

- Making sure inventory and refreshments are always stocked
- Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring reception is always presentable
- Admin duties: filling, photocopying, proofreading
- Answering calls and acting as gatekeeper
- Managing the office diary and scheduling meetings

The ideal candidate will come from luxury hospitality, experience working with high-end clients or former cabin crew. 

Initially, this is a short temporary position. However, if you impress there is a permanent opportunity.
