If you are a people person and seeking a role in the corporate world of Financial Services, then we have the role for you. We are looking for an entry-level Receptionist to join a top name in the world of private wealth management.

You will have strong IT skills, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and be able to demonstrate strong customer services skills.  You will be responsible for all front of house duties and will need to make a good first impression of the firm.

This is a dynamic office based in Central London, serving a mixture of UK and international clients. The environment is friendly, down-to-earth and colleagues rely on positive collaboration and teamwork so you will be of the same mindset.

Your duties will include (but won’t be limited to):

- Greeting and welcoming all visitors to the office
- Answering and transferring calls to the correct person, or taking detailed messages
- Maintaining and controlling level of supplies and stationery for staff and client areas
- Allocating meeting rooms as required, arranging refreshments, stationery and catering as required, and setting up and clearing down the meeting rooms
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
