An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist & Administration Assistant to take on this varied role in a global investment firm. You’ll be looking for a role that furthers your skills where you can take on additional duties beyond meeting and greeting.

Based in a boutique, mid-sized firm that continues to grow, you will be the first point of contact in ensuring the smooth running of the office.

This leading investment firm is looking for an ambitious, driven, proactive and highly organised individual who can handle any task.

Experience within a fast paced, investment firm is ideal to work in this environment, especially if you have experience within Private Equity, Asset Management and Investment Banks.  

As a Receptionist & Administration Assistant, your duties will include, but not limited to:

- Meeting and greeting
- Managing the switchboard
- Assisting the admin team with projects and office improvements
- Collaborate with operations and the HR team
- Invoicing
- Overseeing facilities and maintenance
- Proficiency with all Microsoft office applications, particularly Excel

This Receptionist & Administration Assistant is perfect for you if you are deeply organised, ruthlessly efficient and a self-motivator.

This is a 3-month contract, if you impress there could be a potential of becoming permanent.

5 days in office.
