EA to Head of HR & People Team

Are you a resourceful, experienced EA with multi-tasking superpowers? Do you have some great HR operations experience under your belt? We’d love to talk to you about this rare opportunity with one of Europe’s most exciting work environments.
You will be able to demonstrate several years of exceptional EA performance within fast-moving, international companies AND a healthy exposure to multiple HR processes.
Supporting two innovative people leaders from a scheduling perspective, you will also have an autonomous workload to keep on top of as the firm expands. This will include but won’t be limited to:

- Scheduling interviews and liaising with external recruiters
- Managing the Applicant Tracking System to log feedback, progress and rejections
- Employment offer administration (coordinating offer letters, referencing etc)
- Making relevant changes to staff records within the HRIS
- Scheduling annual and bi-annual reviews, company and individual training
- Managing new joiners process with benefits providers and making any changes for existing staff
- Managing diaries, travel and expenses for CPO and HR Director

Throughout the year, there will also be research projects and longer-term People team initiatives to get involved with – the more you show the will and the capability, the more can be delegated to you. If you possess a strong sense of urgency and a desire to hold a varied, extremely fast-paced EA role – this is the right pathway for you.
You will need to demonstrate:

- Strong academics (ideally degree qualification from top 20 institution or equivalent)
- At least 2-3 years of operating as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, international environment (ideally high growth)
- Significant background in HR administration
