This global communications firm is seeking a confident and skilled PA to join their successful and friendly team. Working in the Public Affair team, an interest in politics, government or public affairs would be a huge bonus!
This is an exciting new opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and support a rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will be supporting one newly promoted London based Partner (with potential to increase as the company grows) as well as working closely with the other Assistants to support the wider team.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience working in a similar role (2-4 years)
- Experience supporting more than one executive
- Self starter
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can-do attitude with ability to problem solve
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload
- Interest in marketing and events
- Team player who is happy to provide support and cover to colleagues when needed
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Diary management
- Timesheets & expenses
- International and domestic travel
- Scheduling meetings
- Formatting presentations
- Maintaining databases
- Adhoc support to other Partners and Directors within firm
- Support with organising client and new business events such as private dinners
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office

You will be working 3 days from office, 2 days from home with a little flexibility as the business demands.
