Join a innovative group of VC investors on their journey into exploring the European tech market. You will join a small, friendly ambitious team and hold a varied role encompassing office coordination, EA support, project management and events!

Reporting into a Partner and VP, you will assist them in navigating their busy schedules of meeting existing and potential portfolio companies of the future. This will include stakeholder meet and greets, meeting preparation and arranging flights and accommodation where required. You will also be responsible for keeping the office environment running smoothly, in conjunction with the EA to the Head of London (liaising with building manager and managing suppliers, ordering equipment and ensuring things work as they should.

With an eye for detail and how to manage information, any previous exposure to managing projects, particularly with regards to categorising and filtering incoming enquiries would be extremely helpful.

This is a position for someone who loves to learn and has an appetite to grow and develop their skills as an EA and their knowledge of tech-focused venture capital.

What you will need:

- 2-5 years of experience working in a similar role, at least some of which must have been gained in a start-up / small office environment
- Exposure to operating with international colleagues and clients
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle everything from meeting room set-up to updating contact databases and scheduling international travel
- Strong knowledge of the Google suite of products (Sheets, Slides, Meet)
