An exciting position for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading global equity company. This firm is well established and successful on a global scale and so their offices are fast paced and constantly busy. If you are calm and level headed, professional EA who can support not only a Global Partner, but their team’s workload too then this is the role for you!

In this role you will be supporting the Global Partner and their team, including 1 Managing Director, 1 Director and 1 Senior Associate. We are seeking applicants who have previously worked for a Private Equity firm, or within a boutique area of finance and banking. 

You must have at least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, working in Alternative Investment. 

Your role will be heavily focused on travel, arranging meetings, transport and diary management across multiple time zones for all of the individuals you support – along with this you will also be responsible for diary coordination, inbox management and scheduling meetings on Outlook. 

You will be an integral part of the workplace by supporting some of the more senior level associates and directors of this international business, your role will ensure the business runs smoothly on a daily basis.

This is a temporary assignment, running from September 2019 to November 2020.
