You will need at least 4 years of Team Assistant experience in an investment or financial setting, to ensure you are familiar with the pressures and demands of this very intense and corporate environment.

As Team Assistant you will quickly become an integral part of the team by supporting professionals on the Trade Floor with day to day secretarial and administration needs, ensuring the Trade Floor runs smoothly on a daily basis.

As Team Assistant, you will be supporting a team of professionals with all diary management, scheduling internal and external meetings, booking international travel and assisting with all administration such as processing invoices and expenses. 

Other responsibilities include:

- Making and receiving phone calls and putting them through the switch board
- Scheduling meetings and booking the appropriate rooms
- Managing expenses so that the records remain up to date
- Diary management – ensuring there are no overlaps and adequate time in-between

You must be happy to commit to the core hours of the Trade Floor, which means you must be able to be flexible between 8am to 6pm, to support the constant workload on the buzzing trade floor.

You must be a:

- Quick thinker who can make fast decisions autonomously
- Highly organised and proactive Team Assistant, with the ability to work under pressure
- Keen scheduler, with experience managing multiple diaries across time zones
