Our client is a large U.S. technology firm, seeking a Recruitment Scheduler and Organiser to guide the brightest candidates through their campus interview process, making sure that each and every process runs smoothly.

You will quickly become a crucial element to your team, arranging various parts of hundreds of onsite interviews for both candidates and interviewers, being involved in the selection and interview process and of course being a friendly face to meet and greet the potential future ambassadors of this brand.

As Recruitment Scheduler you will be responsible for:

- Meeting and greeting candidates as they arrive for each stage of the process
- Coordinating the teams’ diaries, making sure everyone is where they should be
- Arranging phone, video and onsite interviews
- Utilising the in house recruitment system, completing general administrative duties
