You are a calm, diligent and resourceful Executive Assistant and Office Manager capable of operating at senior level in both English and French (both must be spoken and written to bilingual standard). You will have 10 years + experience of supporting senior individuals in international corporate environments (ideally investment sector, financial services or professional services)

This challenging role involves operating in a boutique investment sector environment and joining the existing close-knit support team where you will also have responsibility for managing London office systems and facilities.
This will include communicating HR and contract information to the North American HQ, managing suppliers (including IT, building manager, office equipment) and checking and approving all London office invoices.

You will have gravitas and confidence to deal on a daily basis with captains of industry and be capable of operating in a responsive and logical way in what can be a very fast-paced, deal-making environment.
You must thrive working with a certain degree of ambiguity and be prepared for plans and projects to change extremely quickly. Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours and to potentially travel 2-3 times a year is essential.
