Highly dynamic boutique, market leading FinTech firm are looking for a bright, polished, confident graduate to join their team as a Receptionist. Sitting Front of House, you will be the ultimate go-to person for all the office's administrative needs.

Working alongside one other front of house professional, and in an admin team of 4, you will become a core part of the team and the ideal candidate will have a 'nothing too much trouble' attitude.

As Receptionist, your duties will include:

- ​Meeting and greeting clients and guests, ensuring they are seen in a timely manner 
- Scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Answering the phone and general enquiries 
- Administration such as preparing documents, scanning and copying 
- Filing expenses, ensuring they are in line with company policy
