An established and highly successful investment house in Hyde Park are seeking an immediately available Senior Facilities Coordinator.

This is an incredibly varied and full on Facilities Coordinator position with a lot of responsibility, this is an exciting opportunity needing someone committed and will stay in the company for a long time.

Duties will include:

- Develop, implement and administer health and safety programs to meet legislative requirements and global company standards and requirement.
- Assist with internal moves
- Be able to undertake minor maintenance repairs, to keep and maintain the London office to a high standard
- Be accountable for access control and video surveillance systems and performs day-to-day operational and administrative routines associated with access control and CCTV systems, including data base management
- Support multiple initiatives at once with varying degrees of ownership while working closely with colleagues in Facilities and Office Services and across other departments.

Previous experience is essential ideally within a fast-paced investment sector environment. As well as a confidence, a warm demeanour and nothing is too much trouble attitude.
