Supporting a busy, very lively Event Sales team as well as assisting the Managing Director with administrative duties, you will play a vital role in assisting them in-house and on-site whilst they travel the world maintaining long-lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of leading brands who exhibit at the 5 global conferences run each year.

This superb Team Assistant role will allow you to fully immerse yourself into the fast-paced and incredibly competitive B2B conference industry, in a role where no two days are the same.

While supporting the Sales team in house, you will be trusted with compiling weekly sales reports for the MD, creating PowerPoint presentations, assisting the Marketing/Systems team with Salesforce updates and content for the website. As you join the team for their events abroad 5 times a year, your responsibilities will include coordination around getting the team onsite and assisting them whilst they are there:

- Planning and arranging travels, including visa organisation
- Creating on-site dairies for event teams
- Plan and manage the event re-booking campaigns

Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, the role will be perfect for someone with at least 2 years’ of strong administration experience supporting a sales or marketing team, excellent knowledge of SalesForce, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as previous experience coordinating international travel bookings.
