Our client, a boutique Private Equity Firm are looking for a bright, pro-active, confident graduate to join their team as the Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant. Sat Front of House, you will be the ultimate go-to person for all the office's administrative needs. Located in Mayfair, this client is extremely successful and the job comes with lots of benefits such as - attending investor events, weekly team lunches, off-sites and away trips with the company to Europe. 
Working alongside busy professionals, this will be a great first job within the industry. 
Sat in an open plan office, you will become a core part of the team and the ideal candidate will have a 'nothing's too much trouble' attitude, happy to take on challenges, be innovative and be a true problem solver. Preference will go to candidates with a degree and those who during their studies have worked within customer service, in a corporate office or within hospitality. You will need to be a self starter, able to multitask and prioritise. 
As Administrative Assistant, your duties will include:

- ​Meeting and greeting clients and guests, ensuring they are seen in a timely manner 
- Scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Ordering supplies, ensuring the office has everything needed
- Answering the phone and general enquiries 
- Administration such as preparing documents, scanning and copying 
- Organising socials, events and lunches for the team
- Filing expenses, ensuring they are in line with company policy
