As the front of house and the first and only support person to a fast-growing team, you will assist an autonomous research team of 50 with their daily tasks, and work hand in hand with a supportive Operations Manager in creating your own role.

Duties include:

- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Monitoring meeting room bookings
- Arranging international travel
- Office management/facilities management support
