Fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding, stunning, modern Asset Management firm as Office Manager, whilst overlooking beautiful city views. This boutique family-orientated firm welcomes you to join their team.

You will be highly organised, proactive, with solid experience in investment working across facilities and reception and in overseeing the smooth running of an office.  

This is an extremely varied stand-alone role where no day is the same. You will have the chance to get involved in facilities, support marketing (projects), develop and maintain relationships. If you are looking to move into a role that you can make your own, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As an individual and the ambassador to this firm, you will be engaging, warm, driven and your communication style will be clear.

You will have experience in:

Front of House:

- Being the first point of contact for any issues that arise
- Meeting room preparation /booking of meeting rooms
- Refreshments for meetings (includes booking caterers)
- Distribution of incoming and outgoing posts/special deliveries

Facilities:

- Reporting building management issues
- Supervising contractors
- Health and Safety – policy and procedures
- Assume fire marshal role

 
You will be based on reception and play an integral role in this firm.
 
The ideal candidate will have 10 – 15 years experience as a receptionist or Office Manager within the investment sector or professional services. Experience in Facilities Management is needed.
