This is a unique opportunity for a bright and driven administrator who is looking to take on an involving role in a boutique investment office surrounded by ambitious and focused individuals. As a recent graduate, you will be looking to take on a role within a corporate environment and develop your administration and client-service skills.  

As the Client Service Admin, you will be an integral part of this investment firm’s client relationship team.
 
As the first point of contact, duties include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring client documentation is stored in client folders
- Being the first point of contact to clients
- Meeting and greeting 
- Inputting data into excel 

 
This role will require you to be proactive, organised and highly adaptable. You will be an individual, who is confident and able to liaise with other members of the client service and senior leadership team.
 
Behaviour and skills required:

- Excellent communication – able to operate as an ambassador for this investment firm
- Curiosity about economics, finance or investment
- Outstanding communication skills, ability to articulate
- Self-starter
- Good IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally

This is a 4-month temporary role.
