My client, an award-winning software company based in London, are looking for an HR Business Partner within their growing HR team of 3. You will be responsible for the development of delivery of the business & people strategy, helping them to sustain a collaborative and inclusive working culture.
Responsibilities:
- Employee onboarding, ID/Right to Work verifications, and assistance throughout the whole employee life cycle
- Controlling the PSL
- Direct recruitment oversight includes all aspects of recruitment oversight
- Managing international background checks and gathering employee references
- Manage all disciplinary and grievance hearings
- Providing all-around HR assistance, acting as the first point of contact for HR questions, and keeping the HR inbox up to date
- Lead with engagement/wellness and employee relations initiatives
- Developing HR policies and processes
- Constructing benefit and compensation packages
- Managing programmes for employee wellbeing
- Leading D&I initiatives
- Arranging for training activities
Skills/ Experience:
- CIPD qualification
- Strong employment Law knowledge
- Experience with D&I
- Generalist HR experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45-£55k per year
