Are you a bright, senior Executive Assistant, with demonstrable experience working at a high level, supporting large, demanding teams within the investment sector, looking for your next contract in a global investment bank?
This firm is hugely successful, with offices across the world and a large, established community of Executive Assistants. You will be motivated by the collaborative working style that the firm fosters, as well as the genuine chance to convert to a permanent position after completing your initial temporary term. Office culture is a huge focus, with frequent social events, dedicated ‘break-out’ spaces, in-house catering options and the opportunity to become involved with a host of committees and community initiatives. This position also offers a great hybrid working arrangement.
Daily tasks will include:
- Frequent international travel arrangements
- Timely processing of expense claims
- Managing high volumes of phone calls, and taking and relaying detailed messages
- Overseeing multiple calendars
- Sharing responsibilities to cover absence / holiday
- Ad hoc project work
- General secretarial duties
You will be experienced in managing high-expectation teams of all levels. Your communication skills will be second to none, in person, on the phone, and by email, and you will pride yourself in your meticulous attention to detail. You will have the ability to work independently and will make it your business to understand the workings of your division, upskilling yourself to provide levels of support in line with ever changing requirements. You will have strong proficiency in MS Office and will have some experience using Salesforce. The world of investment banking is highly pressurised and demanding – you will take this in your stride and will enjoy the working environment this provides.
