As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting a team of professionals, including senior executives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This is a demanding role that requires exceptional organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This is a temporary assignment, so your experience will enable you to hit the ground running from day one, with minimal need for a detailed and extensive handover.


- Efficiently manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for multiple professionals.
- Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and professionalism.
- Act as a central point of contact, maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with meeting preparations, including agenda development, minutes, and action item tracking.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance team efficiency and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with fellow administrative professionals to ensure seamless operations across the firm.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant in the financial services sector, supporting multiple professionals, preferably in a corporate setting.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- A polished and professional demeanour, with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A team player mindset with a collaborative and flexible attitude.
