Join an expanding, global and stimulating investment firm in this varied Executive and HR Assistant role.

This is a unique opportunity to take on an involved role as an Executive and HR Assistant to support on a 1:2 basis. As an immediately available EA, you will be supporting the people division, including the People Office and HR Director. As an Assistant, you will be looking for a role in which you can add value, especially to this small collaborative team.

This dynamic, client-focused firm seeks a proactive, highly organisation and adaptable candidate. The team are looking for someone who can juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time, has a high degree of initiative and can be one step ahead.

You will have to be an experienced (4 years+) Executive and HR Assistant who can manage the diary and inbox, coordinate international travel, meetings across multiple time zones, as well as maintain the HR database, and coordinate the recruitment activity from scheduling and tracking interviews. The firm is looking for an Executive Assistant who may have HR Administration responsibilities and is looking to combine these two elements together.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a warm and outgoing environment, and who can also muck in and get involved – the firm wants a team player.

Duties as an Executive and HR Assistant include, but are not limited to:

- Overseeing the diary and travel management
- Maintaining the HR database
- Coordinating meetings, reviews, and interviews
- Creating presentations and HR documents, such as offer letters and contracts
- Assisting in the learning and development schemes
- Research into new products that would enhance people’s engagement  

You will have:

- 4 years of Executive and HR Assistant experience gained within the investment sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication style is required
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to use your initiative and be one step ahead
- Ability to multitask and prioritise a heavy workload
- Extensive Outlook experience
- Exposure to HR

You must be an Executive Assistant to succeed in this role and you must have carried out the above responsibilities that are required.

Ideally, you will have 4 years+ as an EA, Team Assistant, or HR Assistant gained within the investment sector or professional services.
