Are you a dedicated, senior EA with a proven track record of supporting C-Suite Executives within the busy investment sector, looking for your next position within a successful Private Equity firm?
You will work within an established EA community to provide high-level administrative support to a busy founding partner, as well as completing Office Management tasks and supporting the wider team where required. The firm is fully committed to developing their employees, ensuring a wonderful working environment and culture.
Being within an extremely international firm, you will be at ease working with teams from across Europe and will have prior experience communicating with those from different countries. They are incredibly successful, and therefore have high expectations of their staff, meaning that your previous experience in a similar field will be demonstrable from the outset.
You will be able to confidently oversee multiple busy diaries, across multiple time-zones and often with multiple conflicting priorities. Having managed inboxes previously, you will be adept at proactively flagging and will be able to adapt to the chosen working style of those you are supporting. Your ability to book frequent overseas travel, and to assist with event planning and project coordination will be second to none, and you will be happy to provide ad hoc assistance in other areas of the organisation when required, to ensure the workflow is consistently unhindered.
Your impeccable communication skills will enable you to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders both over the phone and by email; these skills will also ensure you can competently produce documents, presentations and meeting packs when required. Skills in other European languages, specifically French or Italian, will be looked upon favourably.
