Rare opportunity to support one of the busiest investor relations teams in Europe.
You will enjoy working at a high-pace, managing high-volume meetings and travel across various time-zones (ideally with exposure to heavy Roadshow activity). In support of your core executives you will:
- Manage hectic calendars, proactively chasing any cancelled or rescheduled meetings (securing external venues/internal rooms and manaing VC needs and catering)
- Organise investor events across Europe, including accompanying dining arrangements and accommodation
- Manage the various investor databases (exposure to Salesforce and DealCloud very helpful)
- Send quarterly reports out to the investor base
- File and retrieve reference materials, up to date presenations and research
- Assist in the production of corporate communication materials to investors
- Put together detailed travel itinararies in coordination with corporate travel agent
- Manage complex expense claims
You will need:
- At least four years of experience in a senior-level EA role, some of which needs to evidence exposure to supporting investor relations / investor services teams
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel with the ability to use formulae, pivot tables and macros)
- The ability to work flexibily when required, particularly when the team are 'on the road'
