Are you a highly experienced receptionist with a background in the investment sector? Do you possess the finesse and charm of a former cabin crew specialist? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a prestigious Central London firm in a sought-after location.
Position Overview:
As the sole permanent receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for both internal co-workers and external guests. You'll be working in a beautiful, light, and airy client reception area alongside another affable receptionist, ensuring that every visitor's experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly and professionally greet visitors, paying close attention to their needs on arrival and departure.
- Assist with refreshment orders and coat handling with a keen eye for detail and 5-star service.
- Build effective relationships with CEO-level clients, contractors, courier services, and taxi firms.
- Assist in selecting catering companies and contribute to enhancing team culture and events.
- Handle overflow administrative tasks, including updating contact cards, Outlook contacts, and event collaboration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft and AV troubleshooting, appointment booking, and overflow Team Assistant and EA duties.
- Collaborate closely with EA and Office Support Teams to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in the investment sector, boutique finance, property investment, wealth management, or prestigious legal firms is highly desirable.
- Recent certifications in ISOH, First Aid, Fire Warden, and Mental Health First Aid are advantageous.
- Strong attention to Health & Safety and Risk at work checks.
- Ability to manage multiple meeting rooms efficiently.
- Flexibility to assist with additional admin and catering support tasks as needed.

- Passion for partnered Front of House responsibilities.
