Sole Receptionist in Boutique Investment Firm St James
Hours 8.30 am – 5.30 pm – Monday to Friday
Do you come from an international investment or property investment Career Reception background and are now looking to be a pivotal member of the wider administrative team?
This is a Reception role where you can take on more Assistant Executive Assistant and Assistant Office Management tasks in a highly corporate, yet family feel firm in the heart of St James, London.
This permanent role would suit a well-versed Reception expert who is comfortable with receiving HNWIs and Captains of Industry where service is at the core of everything you do.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting high-profile visitors, maintenance teams and delivery people.
- Logging guests into Touchpoint
- Managing meeting room set-up, clear down and availability through Outlook and Cloudbooking
- Managing and Directing calls through The Switchboard
- Distributing incoming and running outgoing post
- Maintaining and ordering kitchen supplies and stationery
- Keeping an orderly staff kitchen
- Organising taxis and couriers effectively
- Coordinating meetings and diaries for Managing Directors
- Being hands-on with the creation of internal events and their execution
- Arranging maintenance needs and H&S logs
- Being an appointed Fire Warden and First Aider
You will have excellent attention to detail, a sophisticated Reception Management style, and advanced Microsoft skills and take pride in presenting the Front of House, and back-of-house areas and yourself in the best possible light. As the sole receptionist, you will take on the responsibility of all visitors, treat internal colleagues as clients and be an active team player with a fabulous sense of humour and a good work ethic.
A sound degree and European languages are advantageous but not essential.
