Project Management Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven graduate to join a leading wealth management firm. This role will see you support their business management and solutions team as a business implementation administrator and is best suited to someone who has natural and strong technical, project management, and problem-solving skills. Role Overview:
Working in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment, this is a critical role that supports the management and implementation of business solutions across the team. You must be data and process-driven, and able to comfortably manage stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful execution of various wealth management initiatives, using analysis and data to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of issues, suggestions, or requirements, including their associated benefits, impacts, and costs.
- Organise and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, including setting agendas, tracking action items, and providing follow-up support.
- Continuously identify opportunities for enhancing service/product delivery and client service quality during your routine work.
- Conduct comprehensive research and project support as necessary to propose effective changes.
- Lead the implementation of actions required to achieve solutions.
- Apply data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement in wealth management processes.
- Provide regular updates to the business regarding the status of ongoing implementation activities, including data-driven insights.
- Report on implementation progress to the Solutions Analyst and other team members, suggesting ways to address challenges collaboratively.
- Consider data structures, quality, and completeness in all recommendations and implementations, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Perform any other duties within your skills and abilities as reasonably instructed.
Candidate Requirements:
- A recent graduate with at least 1 – 2 years’ work experience within a wealth management or consulting firm.
- Someone who is data-driven, with a high level of data and technical literacy and comprehension.
- Expert Excel knowledge and ability to create diagrams and pivot tables.
- Able to manage conflicting priorities and work in a fast-changing and fluid environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to liaise with all levels with confidence and professionalism.
- Someone who is a team player, who is focused on driving the efficiency of the team and maintains a positive attitude towards their work.
