A brilliant opportunity has arisen for you to become the brand ambassador for this top consultancy firm.
You must be immediately available and an experienced receptionist to join this mid-sized firm in a team of 2. If you are seeking your next receptionist role in a corporate environment, then this is your opportunity!
The firm is looking for an engaging receptionist, who is driven, is a clear communicator and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. There is no small issue or problem you wouldn’t be able to resolve in a team of 2.
As a Receptionist you would be the first point of contact, duties include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring reception is always presentable
- Admin duties: filling, photocopying, proofreading, expenses
- Answering calls and acting as a gatekeeper
- Managing the office diary and scheduling meetings
- Making sure inventory and refreshments are always stocked
The ideal candidate will be a Receptionist with 3 - 5 years’ of experience in the investment sector, luxury hotel/hospitality or former cabin crew.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to continue enhancing their receptionist career.
